Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI platforms within enterprise environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders, architect cloud-native solutions, and deliver scalable AI-ready workflows that integrate with existing systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI platforms, programming (Python/Java), and modern cloud tooling. Travel to client sites and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production or near-production environments.
• Experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop multi-provider AI pipelines and integrate AI platforms into client solutions.
• Deliver cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD.
• Collaborate with client SMEs to translate workflows into agentic solutions.
• Lead workshops and demonstrations with stakeholders; communicate risks and trade-offs.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure performance and cost.
