Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to help identify scalable deployment patterns and build robust agent-based AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with large language models, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks, contributing to safe and responsible AI deployment programs.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in technical client-facing roles, hands-on coding in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience deploying AI agents in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a technical role with client-facing or consulting exposure.
• Experience delivering production applications with real business impact in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with large language models: prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-quality AI applications inside client systems, ensuring enterprise-grade performance and security.
• Develop reusable, production-ready artefacts including MCP servers, sub-agents, agent orchestration frameworks, and evaluation tooling.
• Support enterprise deployments by shaping rollout strategies and integrating with existing IT infrastructure.
• Accelerate AI adoption by collaborating with client engineering and product teams to close skill gaps and drive value.
