Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ENT Consultant to join our established team in West Hampshire. This role supports a consultant-led community ENT clinic and offers a meaningful opportunity to impact patient care.

You will provide safe outpatient ENT services in line with clinical governance, collaborate with the ENT Lead, and contribute to pathway development, patient access, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standards
• Work collaboratively with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager (Operations) to manage all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed objectives
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of patient pathways, improving access, outcomes, and patient experience
• Support service efficiency by driving best practice in performance management and financial sustainability
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, implement innovative ways of working, and improve service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of care
