Job summary

Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking an enthusiastic ENT Consultant to join our community ENT team in West Hampshire. The role offers full- or part-time arrangements and focuses on high-quality outpatient care, including paediatric ENT, in a supportive, governance-focused setting.

You will work autonomously within a community clinic, develop patient pathways, lead the multidisciplinary team, and help drive efficiency and cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Extensive ENT outpatient experience, including paediatric patients.
• Ability to manage routine ENT conditions independently within a community clinic setting.
• Strong governance, patient safety and quality improvement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with governance standards.
• Collaborate with ENT Lead and Service Manager to manage the ENT service.
• Develop and optimise patient pathways to improve access and outcomes.
• Lead the multidisciplinary team to maximise efficiency and standards of care.

Role: ENT Consultant Location: West Hampshire Full-time or part-time roles available Competitive salary/package, dependent on experience We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ENT Consultant to join our established team and make a meaningful difference in patient care. This role will support the growing demand within our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic. The successful applicant will deliver the highest standard of outpatient ENT care, managing all routine ENT conditions, including paediatric patients, while working autonomously within a community setting. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standards Work collaboratively with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager (Operations) to manage all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed objectives Contribute to the development and optimisation of patient pathways, improving access, outcomes, and patient experience Support service
efficiency by driving best practice in performance management and financial sustainability Identify opportunities to reduce costs, implement innovative ways of working, and improve service delivery Lead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of care Role Requirements Full GMC registration with a licence to practise Extensive experience in ENT outpatient care, including management of paediatric ENT patients Ability to manage all routine ENT conditions independently within a community clinic setting Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining high clinical and professional standards Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement Experience of service development, pathway optimisation, and improving operational efficiency Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and service management Commitment to cost-effective care, innovation, and continuous service
