Job summary

East Coast College is seeking an Admissions Advisor at the Great Yarmouth Campus. You will manage enquiries, applications and interviews, guiding applicants from first enquiry to enrolment with accuracy and timely support.

You will work closely with curriculum teams, Student Services and external partners to ensure an outstanding, welcoming experience for every prospective student. The role requires safeguarding commitment and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 English and mathematics, with evidence.
• Excellent customer service and strong organisational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and safeguard.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, applications and interviews for prospective students.
• Coordinate and administer accessible interviews in coordination with curriculum teams, Student Services and external partners.
• Guide applicants from enquiry through enrolment, ensuring accurate information and timely support.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all decisions.
