Education Matters Group in London is seeking a passionate colleague to plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and support attendance and progression across the college.

You will work with pastoral and curriculum teams to create an inclusive environment, maintain accurate records, assist safeguarding, and encourage students to make the most of college life.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with young people in education, youth work or community setting.
• Passion for student development, wellbeing and progression.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience with student databases.
• Understanding of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.

Location: Tower Hamlets Contract: Full Time Salary: £17.38

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating engaging activities that help students build confidence, resilience and life skills.

The Role:

You’ll plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities and events, promote student wellbeing and engagement, support attendance and progression, and work closely with pastoral and curriculum teams to create a positive, inclusive college environment. You’ll also maintain accurate student records, support safeguarding procedures and encourage students to make the most of college life. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
