Job summary

ERSOU – Regional Organised Crime Unit in Stevenage seeks an Enhanced Intelligence Development Officer to join the Sensitive Intelligence Unit. The role involves managing intelligence on serious crime, supporting ROCU and regional operations, and developing investigative capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

The post offers a structured training pathway, potential IPP accreditation, and a demanding yet rewarding schedule including weekend shifts and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence research and investigative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage intelligence against tasked operations across the Eastern Region.
• Conduct intelligence collection against Organised Crime Groups (OCGs).
• Provide intelligence support to ROCU and Force operations.
• Attain IPP accreditation if not already held.
• Flexible approach to working day due to extended hours.
