Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, implementation and QA of reading initiatives across the school and trust.
• Plan and deliver CPD to support teachers in reading and literacy.
• Lead Forensic Reading and the form time reading programme to support oracy and progression from KS2 to KS3.
• Quality assure the Whole School Reading and Literacy policy and contribute to the School Improvement Plan.
• Provide impact reports at school and trust level.
