• Oversee strategic planning, implementation and QA of reading initiatives.

• Lead Forensic Reading and form time reading programmes to raise attainment.
• Support KS2 to KS3 transition to create a smooth literacy journey for students.
• Provide impact reports and contribute to the School Improvement Plan.
• Ensure safeguarding and DBS compliance for daily activities.
