Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons tailored to the needs of students with a range of special educational needs. You will play a key role in developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.
2. Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with other staff members.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
5. Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
6. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
