Marchant Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher for a high-performing secondary school in Worthing from September 2026. You will deliver high-quality lessons to KS3/KS4 with opportunities for KS5 and contribute to a supportive department.

The role suits both experienced teachers and Early Career English Teachers (ECT) with a commitment to outstanding teaching, student progress and staff wellbeing. QTS and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS and be able to teach KS3 and KS4.
