A highly reputable and large Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in Southampton, Hampshire, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Teacher of English to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with potential to teach Key Stage 5).

  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the needs of all learners.
  • Participate in the planning and development of the English curriculum.

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in English or a closely related subject.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (experience at Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
