Job summary

GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher for a welcoming Sheffield secondary school. You will plan and deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4, developing reading, writing and communication skills while sustaining high expectations in behaviour and progress.

You should hold QTS or equivalent, with secondary-school teaching experience, strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate and assess pupil progress.

Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher looking for an opportunity to inspire students and make a real difference in their learning? A welcoming secondary school in Sheffield is seeking a committed English Teacher to join its teaching team.

About the Role

As an English Teacher, you will plan and deliver well-structured lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students strengthen their reading, writing and communication skills. You will use your subject knowledge to challenge and support learners, assess progress and create a classroom environment where students can develop confidence in English.
