Location: A school in Lincoln
Salary: GBP31,650 - GBP49,084 per annum
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Lincoln starting in September 2025. This is a fixed-term, full-time post ideal for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT ready to deliver engaging English lessons at KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and effective English lessons

• Track and support student progress through assessments and feedback

• Contribute to the school s wider English curriculum and literacy initiatives

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS)

• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature

• A passion for literature, language, and helping students achieve their best

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
