Flourish Education is recruiting a dedicated Science Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Redditch. The role covers Biology, Chemistry and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with possible KS5 teaching depending on subject expertise.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess pupil progress and contribute to the science department. The position offers both full-time and part-time possibilities and support for Early Career Teachers.

Competenze

• Experience teaching Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Are you a passionate and motivated Science Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Redditch?

Flourish Education is recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about their subject and committed to delivering engaging, challenging and inspiring lessons that encourage students to develop their scientific knowledge and understanding.

The successful Science Teacher will join a supportive Science department where high-quality teaching, positive relationships and student progress are valued. You will have the opportunity to inspire young people, encourage curiosity and help students achieve their full potential in Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

This Science Teacher role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with support available to help you settle into the role. The school is looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm to the classroom and create an environment where students feel confident exploring scientific ideas.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. For the full-time position, the successful candidate will take on full class responsibilities and will be expected to plan and deliver lessons, assess student progress and contribute to the wider life of the department.

This Science Teacher role is based in Redditch, Worcestershire, and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley, Astwood Bank, Alcester, Droitwich Spa, Inkberrow and surrounding areas. Redditch benefits from local transport connections and access to major road networks, making it accessible for teachers travelling from across Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands.
