TeacherActive is proud to be working with several mainstream colleges in the heart of Birmingham. We are seeking an English or Maths Lecturer for FE, GCSE, A Level and Functional Skills, starting in September.

The role focuses on teaching up to A-level in English or Maths, with PGCE and FE experience preferred. You will connect with students of all abilities and benefit from support from experienced consultants, CPD opportunities and market-leading pay rates (£25-£40 per hour).

Salary: £25ph - £40ph

If you are a lecturer with a background in English, we seek you and your experience. The college is searching for a passionate and knowledgeable lecturer that is confident at teaching up to A-level.

The successful candidate will have:

• PGCE and experience in a further educational environment and great industry experience can be vital
• Experience teaching English or Maths in an educational environment - Ideally in an FE setting
• A strong knowledge and understanding of both in English Language and Literature would be preferable.
