Are you a recent English graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting? A successful academy in Manchester with strong GCSE results and a well-established English department is seeking an enthusiastic English Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team to boost attainment in the English department.

*** Supporting English lessons and delivering targeted interventions across Key Stage 3 and 4

The Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students in developing their literacy and analytical skills in both English Language and Literature. Working closely with class teachers, you will assist in lesson preparation, lead small group sessions, and deliver one-to-one interventions to help raise attainment and prepare pupils for their GCSEs.

The Candidate
