Aspire People are recruiting for an English Graduate Learning Mentor in Leeds. This is a long-term, school-term role designed to support pupils in English across 1:1, small group, and in-class settings. You will cover lessons as needed and receive strong school-based support.

Ideal for graduates aiming to gain classroom experience before further study. A DBS check is required and safeguarding training is provided.

Formación

• Degree 2:1 or above in an English related degree is essential.
• Experience of tutoring or working with young people is ideal but not a requirement.
• Confident and enthusiastic, with a love of learning.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis and in class support.
• Cover lessons as and when required.
• Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People.

Graduate English Learning Mentor – The Role:

• An ideal way to gain experience in an outstanding secondary school
• Based in Leeds (other schools in other local boroughs available)
• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis and in class support
• Cover lessons as and when required
• Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
• Long term position - Paid £120-£140 per day
• Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only
• DBS check required, safeguarding training provided

Graduate English Learning Mentor – Requirements:
