Job Description:

This successful law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Property Solicitor to join its established team on a full-time basis. The role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities in property law, including leasing, commercial developments, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of titles, and discharges.

The firm is flexible regarding location; the position can be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Perth offices, or remotely in England or Wales for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ PQE in England & Wales (or be dual qualified). Prior experience in renewables is not mandatory if the candidate has a solid background in commercial property and leasing transactions in England and Wales. Knowledge of land referencing, land assembly, infrastructure easements, and options is advantageous.
