Qualifications

• Hold a recognised trade qualification.
• Significant and recent work experience in the Engineering sector, mainly focusing on manual machining with lathes and milling machines.
• Willingness to work flexibly in terms of role and hours.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and recording of tools, equipment and materials to staff and students as required
• Ensuring security and cleanliness of workshops including stores, work and circulation areas
• The fabrication and construction of rigs and resources
• Ordering of tools and equipment
• Assisting in the delivery of education and training designed by others
