Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of transformation initiatives that improve Engineering performance, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Partner with the VP Engineering and Engineering Leadership Team to translate priorities into clear plans and measurable actions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and strengthen collaboration across Engineering and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, prioritised and aligned to business objectives.
• Establish governance, reporting, and performance measures to track progress and enable decisions.
• Drive engagement and commitment to change by working with leaders and teams throughout the journey.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new approaches, ensuring sustainable benefits.
• Use data, insight, and stakeholder feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, remove barriers, and manage dependencies.
• Provide challenge and independent perspective to help leaders achieve transformation goals.
• Monitor effectiveness of transformation activity and ensure measurable value.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.
