Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Mechanical, Electrical, and Medical Plant & Equipment, as well as Building systems
• Deputise for Team Leaders
• Undertake authorized roles such as Legionella, medical gases, electrical safety, and ventilation
• Coordinate with approved contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency situations outside core hours
• Manage major incidents affecting critical services
• Support team motivation, training, and development
• Plan and prioritize maintenance work
