• 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights

The role – Engineering Team Leader:

• People management including delivery of performance reviews, development, and coaching of the team
• Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives and knows how current performance impacts the bottom line
• Support and drive internal KPIs both individually and for your team to meet company objectives
• The motivation of the engineering team through effective leadership, coaching, and development
• Completion of performance reviews to drive improvements
• Completion of adequate shift handovers

What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader:

• Must hold recognised Electrical/Mechanical qualifications - ESSENTIAL
• Experience in managing an on-site team within a regulated environment - ESSENTIAL
• Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
• Ability to motivate people to achieve company objectives
