Job summary

Pro-Pak Foods Ltd. seeks an Engineering Team Leader to support the on-site Engineering team at Malton, reporting to the Engineering Manager. You will oversee daily management of our Maintenance Engineers and help grow the Malton team.

Key requirements include proven leadership, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and experience with LEAN and CMMS within a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of LEAN tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge within a food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with BRC standards and customer codes of practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of on-site Maintenance Engineers on shift.
• Lead and motivate the team; achieve set KPIs.
• Deliver all operational mechanical and electrical support on site.
