Job Title: Application Support Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the day-to-day delivery of Service Requests and general monitoring activities
• Managing incidents and requests through our toolset ServiceNow
• Contributing to and maintaining a support knowledge base
• Managing toolset accounts across various Air platforms
• Providing specialist advice on toolset usage to the user base
• Monitoring infrastructure
• Supporting license renewal, hosting, and utilization monitoring activities
• Reporting on toolset data and service statistics
• Engaging in ongoing professional development on aerospace toolsets

Your skills and experiences:

• Understanding of IT service delivery and a highly proficient IT professional
• Experience in a design and manufacturing environment
• Awareness of ITIL V4 terminology or willingness to learn

The Engineering Systems CC APP Team:

The ESCC PLM Support Team is a small, diverse, and highly skilled group supporting end-users across design, planning, and manufacturing disciplines on various air platforms. We ensure our engineering community has the tools and guidance needed to design and build next-generation air defense products. The role focuses on supporting multiple Siemens PLM environments and related Eurofighter, US programs, and FCAS tools. We seek a self-motivated, problem-solving individual who can adapt quickly, with available training and support, and is open to continuous professional development.
