TT Electronics in Fairford is seeking an Engineering Administrator to support both Engineering and Commercial functions. The role involves capturing customer requirements, maintaining controlled documentation, and ensuring orders are fulfilled compliantly.

You will work closely with Engineering, Commercial and Quality teams to keep essential processes running smoothly while supporting delivery of high-quality products and services.

Competenze

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and document control.
• AS9100 aerospace experience would enhance your application but is not essential.

• Maintain and transfer customer BOM data with accuracy.
• Create, organise and manage contract review documentation.
• Control customer and industry specifications, ensuring latest revisions.
• Support engineering reviews by coordinating documentation and sign-off.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

At TT Electronics, Fairford, we're looking for an Engineering Administrator to join our team, providing essential support across both our Engineering and Commercial functions.

This is a varied and detail-oriented role that plays a key part in ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured, controlled documentation is maintained, and orders are fulfilled efficiently and compliantly.

Working closely with Engineering, Commercial and Quality teams, you'll help keep critical processes running smoothly while contributing to the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain and transfer customer Bill of Materials (BOM) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Create, organise and manage contract review documentation and associated records.


• Control customer and industry specifications, ensuring the latest revisions are available and maintained.


• Support engineering reviews by coordinating documentation and sign-off activities.


• Download, manage and control technical drawings from customer portals.


• Provide quotation support during peak periods as required.


• Collaborate with Quality and other stakeholders to maintain robust process controls and ensure compliance with customer requirements.


• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across all activities in accordance with TT Electronics’ policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What We Look For:

• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.


• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and document control.


• Strong organisational and communication skills.


• Experience within an AS9100 Aerospace organisation would enhance your application but is not essential to apply.
