Job Description:

Venatu Automotive is recruiting for a Shift Engineering Supervisor PSV/HGV based at a depot in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a PSV / HGV Engineer looking to move into leadership or an existing supervisor seeking a new challenge in a forward-thinking environment.

The Role

• Oversee servicing and maintenance of the fleet to meet legal and safety standards
• Allocate workloads and manage reactive issues
• Lead and mentor the engineering team
• Ensure vehicle availability to meet service needs
• Manage stock and warranty claims
• Record performance and ensure environmental compliance
• Collaborate with operational teams to maintain reliability
• Handle team performance matters

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• PSV or HGV engineering experience is highly desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence; PCV licence a bonus (training provided)
• Knowledge of workshop safety and compliance
• Right to work in the UK
