Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience managing Engineers or Operators.
• Time-served engineer with relevant educational qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering activities to support Production KPIs.
• Lead the Production team focusing on problem solving and teamwork.
• Create and maintain an Asset Management programme.
• Manage ongoing performance of direct reports.
