Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor to join our growing team. The role is responsible for supervising and supporting the day-to-day onsite and technical operations of our installation and small works department (Quoted Works). This includes the development of our current engineering team from both a technical and personal level.

You will be supporting the Quoted Works Manager alongside our Project Management Team to ensure we efficiently and effectively deliver our fire and security solutions.

Location:

St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary:

£42,000 - £48,000 per annum (plus travel expenses)

The successful candidate will:

1. Have extensive knowledge of installation & small works as an engineer and/or supervisor, ideally within fire and security.
2. Have experience in leading, inspiring, engaging, and developing a diverse team of engineers ensuring the key focus is to deliver unrivalled customer experience.
3. Be a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external team members.
