Job Title:

Integral UK Ltd is currently recruiting for an exciting role at 78 St James Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities, including statutory obligations of the property and reporting issues identified by client consultants or insurers on the Riskwise or Vantify systems.

The Supervisor will work closely with the Contract Delivery Manager, deputise in their absence, and collaborate with the General Manager and soft services teams.

Role Requirements

• Experience working with Low Voltage Authorized Person (LVAP) systems in operational environments.
• Proven experience with maintenance, operation, or installation of cooling towers, and understanding of related systems.
• Awareness of Legionella control (L8) standards with at least 2 years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Electrical bias with strong mechanical/HVAC system knowledge.
• Experience working in high-profile properties.
• Understanding of SFG20 and confined space awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, escalating conflicts outside safe systems of work to the Contract Manager.
• Support planning of PPM labor, schedule reactive tasks, and ensure maintenance completion, managing RAMS and Permits to Work.
• Ensure servicing records and recommendations are addressed.
• Follow quality systems, taking preventative and remedial actions as needed.
• Provide technical support, prepare quotations for additional works, and supervise on-site additional works ensuring compliance.
• Conduct site audits, resolve exceptions, and ensure best purchasing practices.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Deputise for CDM in meetings if required and attend monthly WIP meetings for financial understanding.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the CDM.
