Invictus Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of four engineers across a prestigious Canary Wharf portfolio in London. You will manage day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance meets high standards while delivering exceptional tenant service.

The role requires an electrical qualification, 18th Edition, and prior supervisory experience within commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience supervising engineering teams in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within occupied commercial office environments.
• Confident leader with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four electrical and multi-skilled maintenance engineers.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the team’s daily workload across multiple commercial office buildings.
• Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance.
• Act as the main engineering contact for tenants, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage specialist subcontractors on site.
• Assist with planning maintenance schedules, permits to work and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and electrical fault-finding when required.
• Ensure all maintenance records and compliance documentation are accurately completed using the CAFM system.
• Build strong working relationships with the client and occupiers to maintain high customer satisfaction.
