Engineering Shift Manager - Fully Automated site!

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)

Location: Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Shift Manager to join a UK leading logistics company. The Engineering Shift Manager will be joining an innovative market leader within the industry who can offer unlimited progression and technical development. This role involves being hands-on with PPM's and breakdown repairs on the fully automated lines, leading a team of engineers on shift, and overseeing all CAPEX and improvement projects. With a solid structure in place, there are clear progression routes at any level you join. Extensive training from day one, both internal and external, will be provided, and ongoing training will be available as technology evolves. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to showcase and refine their skills within a technical environment.
