Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager in the UK to lead a 4-on/4-off shift in a state-of-the-art automated factory. You will split time 30% hands-on maintenance and 70% leadership, mentoring, and workload delegation.

Engineering Shift Manager

Salary: £57,000 + Pension

Location: Stanford Le Hope

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights

The duties will involve about 30% of hands on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 70% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load, dealling with issues and generally looking after the shift.
