Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Engineering Services Manager for a blue-chip building in the City of London. The role oversees on-site maintenance and ensures M&E services run at a high standard with minimal disruption to the prestigious site.

You will manage a small on-site team, handle technical issues, permits, KPIs, and H&S performance, while coordinating shutdowns and reports on a high-profile commercial contract.

Qualifications

• Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline (C&G/HNC/HND or higher).
• Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS).
• Strong technical engineering background.
• Experience managing contractors.
• Experience delivering services in high-profile commercial environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all staff and clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload.

They currently maintain a number of prestigious contracts across the main cities in the UK and are looking for a Engineering Services Manager to work on a high profile contract based in the heart of London's financial district, close to Liverpool Street.

The building itself houses a well known law firm and offers a totally different working environment, housing state of the art technology and really is a unique place to work.

The Engineering Services Manager role will be responsible for managing the on site maintenance team, making sure that the M&E services are delivered to a high standard and with minimal disruption to the building.
