Job description

Engineering Service Administration Manager

CMYUK Digital is looking for an Engineering Service Administration Manager to work with our Service Manager and our busy team of engineers and product trainers.

The candidate will play a key role in developing the systems and processes to deliver a first-class service to our customers, in an exciting and rapidly growing department and business.

Our highly skilled team needs a highly organized, excellent communicator to ensure that both customers and the team are always fully informed on the status/progress of any cases or requests for support.

Duties to include:
  1. Develop and manage the systems and processes that underpin the efficient running of the department and ensure that they are adhered to.
  2. Work in close collaboration with the Service Manager to optimize the efficiency of the department and the scheduling of the team.
  3. Work in close collaboration with the commercial administration team on the scheduling and installation of new equipment.
  4. Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on case related issues.
  5. Ensure customers are informed regularly of any updates with their case.
  6. Ensure engineers are tasked to provide case solutions.
  7. Be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the support team.
Candidate’s profile:
  • Good communicator with outstanding organisational skills.
  • Good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

3+ years in a complex and challenging administrative role

Hours of work:

8.45 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm.
