CMYUK Digital is looking for an Engineering Service Administration Manager to work with our Service Manager and our busy team of engineers and product trainers.
The candidate will play a key role in developing the systems and processes to deliver a first-class service to our customers, in an exciting and rapidly growing department and business.
Our highly skilled team needs a highly organized, excellent communicator to ensure that both customers and the team are always fully informed on the status/progress of any cases or requests for support.
3+ years in a complex and challenging administrative role
8.45 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm.
