Job summary

Keysight Technologies invites motivated undergraduates to join a 12-month industrial placement in the UK. You will rotate through Sales, Technical and Support organisations, gaining practical engineering, technical sales and commercial experience before graduation.

You will interact with customers and internal teams, develop hands-on skills with test instruments, and contribute to lead generation and market analysis activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Embedded Systems, Telecommunications Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
• Core skills include excellent English communication, strong analytical ability, teamwork, proactive learning and accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to data analysis tools would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of current and future technologies and market trends within aerospace, defence, semiconductor, communications and automotive industries.
• Learn remote pre- and post-sales technical support, gaining hands-on skills with Keysight core products.
• Interface with customers, sales and service reps to handle technical and non-technical enquiries, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales, service centre and partner companies to support day-to-day operations and customer demos.
• Learn to create, qualify and progress high-value business opportunities via lead generation and market analysis.
