Gap Technical Ltd is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Huntingdon on a hybrid basis. You will help engineers find skilled professionals while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. This entry role welcomes graduates or those new to recruitment, with a focus on attitude, ambition and learning.

The role offers a salary of £28,000-£35,000 per year plus an excellent commission scheme, with benefits such as flexible/home working, pension and healthcare support.
