What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6-12 months experience in a 360 recruitment role (engineering or technical markets preferred)
• Strong business development skills and a commercial mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Understanding of the East Midlands market is a bonus
• Full UK driving licence preferred (for client visits)
