The role

Working as an engineering recruitment consultant with the directors of the company, filling contract and permanent vacancies in the Engineering, Construction and Energy sectors in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As a senior engineering recruitment consultant, you will have complete freedom in the market to deal with whichever clients you choose and, as the company grows, you will be able to grow and build a team of engineering recruitment consultants.

A small, highly professional and successful engineering recruitment consultancy based in the City which places project managers, engineers, oil and gas specialists working on projects within offshore wind, oil and gas, engineering and construction across MENA, Europe and the UK. The candidate

You will have experience as a recruitment consultant within Energy, Engineering or Construction and want to work in a 360‑degree recruitment consultant role, leveraging the company’s excellent reputation and using your own network. The package

The company will pay in the region of £50k base salary to an experienced engineering recruitment consultant. There is a competitive, monthly, personal commission structure which generously rewards you and has no thresholds.
