Responsibilities

• Develop your own specialist market within engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment.
• Win new business and develop existing client relationships.
• Build an understanding of clients, their businesses and recruitment challenges.
• Advise clients on recruitment strategy, market conditions, salaries and candidate availability.
• Identify, attract and develop relationships with specialist candidates.
• Manage recruitment processes from brief to interview, offer and placement.
• Negotiate salaries, rates and commercial terms.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Technical team to share knowledge and opportunities.
