Job summary

DCS Recruitment is helping an innovative UK engineering organisation in Hampshire recruit a Project Manager for internal R&D and product development. You will lead internal engineering projects from concept through design, verification and completion, coordinating software, hardware and electro-mechanical teams.

You’ll drive detailed planning, budgets and milestones, ensuring governance and stakeholder communication across the business and advancing new technologies from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading internal engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Strong planning, scheduling and governance to deliver milestones.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware and electro-mechanical design.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal R&D and product engineering projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, activities and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and define project requirements and development activities.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets and objectives.
• Provide clear reporting to stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and capture lessons learned.
