Job summary

ALL.SPACE Networks Limited in Reading seeks an experienced Project Manager - Engineering to drive engineering and technology programmes. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of project coordination, strong communication, and the ability to manage scopes, schedules and risks in a regulated, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years coordinating or managing engineering or technology projects.
• Knowledge across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk and communications.
• Experience with project plans, risk registers, status reports and change records.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive actions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engineering projects from initiation to delivery and closeout.
• Define scope, objectives and work breakdown structures with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, budgets and delivery forecasts.
• Monitor performance against baselines; identify variances and take corrective actions.
• Support readiness assessments, governance gates and lifecycle decision points.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across engineering, product, quality and manufacturing.
