Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to steer technically complex defence and government programmes, including SATCOM, secure networks and encryption, from concept through to delivery.

You will work with engineers, product specialists and military stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and ensure delivery into secure customer environments, with hybrid working and 3 days onsite at Farnborough.

Qualifications

• Eligible for SC clearance or DV clearance in future.
• Experience delivering defence or government programmes.
• Ability to lead technically complex projects and cross-functional teams.
