Job summary

Chess Dynamics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of assigned projects within the Project Management team, reporting to the IPT Lead RAD. You will manage cost, time, quality and technical performance, and handle communications with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a project management role within an engineering environment.
• Experience coordinating with international customers and multiple functions.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project plans using MS Project or similar.
• Experience producing project and financial reports.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad as required, with driving license and passport.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Launch new projects with due diligence using master schedules, resource plans and budgets.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and maintain a log of decisions with commercial impact.
• Deliver against PM artefacts: Master Schedule, PM Plan, SoW/Contract Compliance, business processes.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver projects and support acceptance testing with customers.
• Identify and fill resource/skill requirements with engineering leads and department heads.
• Ensure design processes are followed and stage gates are met to the schedule.
• Maintain centralized action logs and manage risk per company process.
