• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, coordinating Sales, Design, Production, Finance and Logistics while keeping the client informed.
• Manage 5–10 projects concurrently, typically 8–24 weeks per project, with values from £100k to £1m+ (up to £7m in some cases).
