Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking a Project Manager within the Engineering department to lead projects from concept through production release, ensuring efficient delivery and optimal use of resources across divisions.

This fixed-term contract for 12 months requires strong leadership, detailed planning, risk management and experience with multi-discipline teams, Agile/waterfall methods, and ERP systems to support product development and production.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience leading multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to capture and document technical requirements.
• Strong planning, estimation, and schedule management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver detailed project plans across engineering disciplines.
• Estimate work packages with team managers and lead engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with stakeholder support.
• Monitor budget consumption and report progress to stakeholders.
