Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in the Engineering department to lead projects from concept through production release, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient delivery.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering exposure to global products like generator controllers and ERP integration, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven project leadership across multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with Agile and traditional development approaches.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver detailed project plans covering all engineering disciplines.
• Estimate efforts for work packages with team managers and lead engineers.
• Assist engineers in capturing technical requirements and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with stakeholder support.
• Maintain project plan and report progress to leadership.
• Monitor and report budget consumption.
• Release new products into production and ensure compliance with processes.
