Role Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for overall engineering technical, cost, and schedule performance on a specific programme, acting as the primary technical interface with the Programme Management (PM) Office and Customer for all programmatic items.
2. Ensure that the Programme/Project has the necessary Engineering Capabilities established and maintained to deliver technical solutions within schedule and budget constraints.
3. Produce and maintain artefacts that describe the Engineering Processes, Tools, and Practices employed to realize the Programme/Project Technical Solutions.
4. Collaborate with other Project Managers, Service Managers, Team Leads, and Resourcing Leaders to ensure the required Engineering Resources are in place.
5. Report metrics indicating the completeness of the Engineering activities.
6. Support Engineering Team Leads in employee management, performance assessments, work assignments, approvals, and disciplinary actions.
7. Lead or coordinate subcontract management.
