Job summary

Thames Water is recruiting an Engineering Project Manager based in Bicester to oversee capital projects across the company's operational estate. The role is full-time with a salary up to £60,000 per annum plus a £4,500 car allowance, dependent on experience.

You will manage Mechanical, Electrical and ICA schemes ranging from £100,000 to £1 million, handling scoping, tendering, procurement and site inductions, with on-site work five days a week across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Formal qualifications in these sectors encouraged.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA projects valued £100k–£1M.
• Oversee multiple live projects and guide scoping, tendering, procurement and handover.
• Ensure health and safety inspections, commissioning and handover to operations teams.
