You will support project managers, maintain schedules and documentation, liaise with clients and suppliers, and help with invoicing and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination or Project Administration.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
• Ambition to progress into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with coordination and delivery of engineering projects.
• Maintain project schedules, progress reports, action logs and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Organise meetings, record actions and monitor progress.
• Identify potential delays and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with project administration, invoicing and financial tracking.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as part of progression plan into Project Management.
